Perhaps you've heard you have to love yourself? To me, "Be your own hero" means the same. We must accept ourselves, the good with the bad.

And talk about good! I love these soft colors, not all art journaling is dark and brooding. This page also has a fun design secret, washi tape! For years (seriously years!) I couldn't quite wrap my brain around washi tape. Now, I'm lovin' it.
